- DC Indian Speed Dating will make every effort to hold events at the times, dates and locations specified on this web site. However, if sufficient attendance is not expected, DC Indian Speed Dating reserves the right to cancel the event or schedule a new event. In the event that DC Indian Speed Dating must cancel an event, we will notify you and provide you a full refund or the opportunity to select attendance at another event.
- Any participant who registers for has the right to request cancellation by providing written notice to us within 24 hours of the event. The attendee will only receive a full refund, if the cancellation is within 24 hours. If you fail to request in writing a cancellation within 24 hours or do not appear at the event, no refund will be provided. You may be responsible for any cancellation fee or processing fee, which shall not exceed $10.00.
