By registering for a Speed Dating event, you are agreeing that neither DC Indian Speed Dating nor any of its associates is liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may in any way arise out of the DC Indian Speed Dating program/event. This includes, without limitation, damages arising out of meeting or communicating with other participants in programs/events sponsored by or affiliated with DC Indian Speed Dating. |

By registering for an event, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and are not married. DC Indian Speed Dating reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to DC Indian Speed Dating, or to an off-line DC Indian Speed Dating event, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to DC Indian Speed Dating's attention. Participation in DC Indian Speed Date events and use of the web site is void where prohibited. By using this web site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. |

All attendees permit the taking of any photographs and videos. Each participant at an event also allows any oral or written comments and testimonials to be displayed in the media. No person shall be entitled to any compensation in connection with the use and exploitation of any photographs or audio/video recordings. |
